The Student Council represents the school’s student leadership and serves as a platform for nurturing responsibility, discipline, and participative leadership among students. Members of the council are selected based on qualities such as integrity, commitment, leadership ability, and a strong sense of duty, and are expected to act as role models for the entire student community.
The council plays an active role in supporting the smooth functioning of school life by assisting in the maintenance of discipline, organising school events and activities, and promoting a positive and inclusive school culture. Working closely with teachers and school authorities, council members help foster teamwork, cooperation, and school spirit among students.
The Student Council also acts as a bridge of communication between students and faculty, encouraging constructive dialogue and student involvement in school activities.
Through this system of student leadership, the school aims to develop confidence, accountability, and civic responsibility, preparing students to take on leadership roles with maturity and empathy.

The Head Boy and Head Girl represent the highest student leadership positions in the school. Selected for their discipline, integrity, academic commitment, and leadership qualities, they act as role models for the student community. They assist school authorities in maintaining discipline, coordinating school events, and promoting a positive school culture. They also serve as a link between students and teachers, helping to foster cooperation and mutual respect.
Each house—Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green—is led by a House Captain and supported by a House Vice-Captain. They are responsible for motivating members of their house, encouraging participation in academic, cultural, and sports activities, and upholding discipline during inter-house events. House leaders play a key role in building team spirit, cooperation, and healthy competition among students.
Prefects are appointed to support the smooth functioning of daily school life. They assist teachers in maintaining discipline during assemblies, corridors, classrooms, and school activities. Prefects are expected to set a good example through their conduct, punctuality, and sense of responsibility, thereby reinforcing the values and rules of the school.
The Sports Captain, along with the Sports Squad, plays an important role in promoting physical fitness, sportsmanship, and teamwork. They assist in organising sports events, inter-house competitions, and practice sessions under the guidance of the Physical Education faculty. The Sports Squad helps encourage active participation in sports and supports the development of athletic talent within the school.
Students may also be appointed to various committees or roles related to cultural activities, assemblies, discipline, or event coordination. These roles provide students withopportunities to develop confidence, organisational skills, and a sense of responsibility while contributing meaningfully to school life.
