Assembly and House System

Assembly and House System

The Assembly and House System form an important part of student life at the school, promoting discipline, unity, leadership, and a strong sense of belonging among students. Through these structured platforms, students are encouraged to develop confidence, responsibility, and respect for shared values.

School Assembly

The school assembly is a daily practice that brings students together in a spirit of unity and reflection. It provides an opportunity to instil moral values, discipline, and awareness of current affairs through prayers, thought for the day, news reading, speeches, and cultural presentations. Assemblies help students begin the day with focus and purpose, reinforcing values such as respect, gratitude, and social responsibility.

House System

The school follows a well-structured House System designed to encourage teamwork, leadership, and healthy competition. Every student is assigned to one of four houses—Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green—each representing distinct values and qualities. The House System enables students to participate actively in academic, cultural, and sports activities while fostering cooperation and school spirit.

Each house symbolises a core value: Red reflects passion and courage, Blue signifies wisdom and determination, Yellow represents positivity and creativity, and Green stands for growth and harmony. House Captains, Vice-Captains, and Prefects play a vital leadership role by guiding their teams, maintaining discipline, and encouraging participation.

Throughout the academic year, students earn points for their houses through participation, performance, and conduct across various activities. These collective efforts culminate in the award of the House Championship Trophy, recognising excellence, teamwork, and commitment. The House System plays a significant role in nurturing leadership skills, strengthening camaraderie, and making school life vibrant and enriching.
